Travel Insurance

In case of Non-Emergency

  • As soon as insured return their home country, they must contact the Insurance Company who has issued policy to them within 31 days of their arrival.

In case of Emergency Medical Expenses

  1. The Insured must contact to the TPA immediately in the event of emergency
  1. Claim form to be completed by claimant
  2. Original cash invoice/bill incurred for the treatment
  3. Doctor / Hospital prescriptions and reports
  4. Travel itinerary / E-tickets
  5. Copy of passport with departure and arrival stamped pages
  6. Original insurance policy

In case of Loss of Checked Baggage

  1. Claim form to be completed by claimant
  2. Property Irregularity Report (To be obtained from the airline immediately)
  3. Confirmation from the airline regarding details of loss.
  4. Travel itinerary (E-tickets)
  5. Receipts for items
  6. Copy of passport with departure and arrival stamped pages
  7. Original insurance policy

In case of Delay of Checked Baggage

  1. Claim form to be completed by claimant
  2. Property Irregularity Report or Non delivery certificate for baggage (To be obtained from the airline immediately)
  3. Receipts for the emergency items purchased
  4. Confirmation from the carrier (airline) regarding the length of delay or baggage delivered voucher and reasons for the delay
  5. Travel itinerary (E-tickets)
  6. Copy of passport with departure and arrival stamped pages
  7. Original insurance policy

In case of Travel Delay

  1. Claim form to be completed by claimant
  2. Statement to be obtained from the carrier confirming the length of the period and exact nature of the delay.
  3. Boarding pass
  4. Travel itinerary (E-tickets)
  5. Copy of passport with departure and arrival stamped pages
  6. Original insurance policy
