Job Description

• Involving in daily operational activities
• Completing bank reconciliations and verifying bank deposits
• Entering financial information into accounting software
• Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
• Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with records, and statements
• Posting daily receipts
• Reviewing reports for accuracy and carefully tracing errors and communicating with the concerned about the same
• Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
• Maintain coordination with colleagues of the branches and Head Office
• Perform related duties in absence of colleagues
