Steps of insurance and necessary documents


  1. Completely filled proposal form mentioning all the necessary information required for insurance
  2. Photocopy of citizenship or license or passport or photo of insured and company registration certificate or Permanent Account Number (PAN)
  3. Documents substantiating evidence or list or details of insurance
  4. Document substantiating sum-insured
  5. Other necessary documents clarifying the risks as per the types of insurance subject
  6. Insurance premium  

Steps of Claim and necessary documents and methods

  1. Necessary security steps to be taken immediately after the incident to prevent additional damage
  2. Provide Written intimation of the incident to the insurer
  3. inform police about the incident and provide the police report
  4. Conduct investigation of the incident through police
  5. Prepare an estimate of damage and provide it to the insurer
  6. Carry out maintenance of damage after permission from the insurer
  7. No commitment with the third party without the permission of the insurer
  8. Provide payment of the maintenance and spare parts as per the surveyor’s report and provide a tax invoice to the insurer.
  9.  For other insurance claims, except those mentioned above, provide necessary documents as requested by claim departments
