PLAN A:

Total sum insured NPR 10,00,000 and accidental medical insurance NPR 1,00,000.

Premium per rider: NPR 2,520 per annum.

PLAN B:

Total sum insured NPR 5,00,000 and accidental medical insurance NPR 1,00,000.

Premium per rider: NPR 1,270 per annum.

Benefit and Coverage

Death – 100% of Sum Insured Amount

Permanent Total Disablement – 100% of Sum Insured Amount

• Loss of sight of both eyes / loss of both hand or both foot / loss of one hand or one leg and sight of one eye.

Permanent Partial Disablement

• 50% of Sum Insured Amount – for Loss of sight of one eye / loss of one hand or one leg / loss of vocals / loss of hearing capacity of both ears
• 20% of Sum Insured Amount – for Loss of hearing capacity of one ear / loss of thumb in hand
•  15% of Sum Insured Amount – for Loss of index finger in hand
• 7% of Sum Insured Amount – for Loss of any other finger in hand
• 5% of Sum Insured Amount – for Loss of thumb in foot
• 4% of Sum Insured Amount – for Loss of any other finger in foot
• As prescribed by Specialist   –  Loss of other parts

Accidental Medical Benefits Up to 10 percent of the total sum insured
Funeral Expenses Up to 10 percent of the total sum insured or NPR 50,000 whichever is less

Scope of Coverage

• Age Limit Up to 60 years of age
• Geographical coverage: Worldwide
• Accident during the cycling events is extended to cover within Nepal only

Exclusion

• Self-injury, Suicide or attempt to suicide
• Alcoholism & intoxication of drug
• Hazardous Sports
• Willful exposure to danger
• Breach of Law
• Other exclusions will be as described in the policy wording
